Lace up your shoes for the Children’s Hospital of Georgia

Heart & Sole Inc. was founded in September 2006 in memory of Margaret Bowen McElreath. In July 2005, Bowen was born with a special heart. At three days old, Bowen was transported to Children’s Hospital of Georgia to be treated. Bowen’s life of 13 short days ignited the flame for Heart and Sole, “where the hope is that we can help children with special hearts for a lifetime to come!” Since its inception, Heart & Sole has raised more than $400,000 for Children’s Hospital of Georgia and supported various areas throughout the hospital.
