Do you have what it takes to Brave the Shave?

It’s not too late to Brave the Shave. In recognition of National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, Children’s Hospital of Georgia shows its commitment to pediatric cancer patients by hosting the annual Brave the Shave event.

Brave the Shave participants are asked to raise $100 or more for this fundraiser and to allow their heads to be shaved live Thursday, Sept. 29 in the Children’s Hospital of Georgia lobby.  Special thanks goes to our hair salon partner for donating their time and effort for this event.

Cancer remains a leading cause of death for children under 15, and nearly 16,000 children between birth and age 19 are diagnosed each year.
