Miracle Monday – Meet Cooper!

Cooper was born at 28 weeks, weighing one pound and 3 ounces.  Right from the start, Cooper’s parents knew he would need a lot of care.  He was born with Down syndrome as well as a heart defect.  His first heart surgery was performed at 6 months old and he spent his first year of his life at the Children’s Hospital of Georgia.  Cooper will need ongoing care from the Children’s Hospital, and his parents are grateful for everything the Children’s Hospital provides.
